We have recently established a new company, KCRI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD, on 15th July 2024 under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore. Our goal is to attract investors and raise funds to promote investment and development in Cambodia, and to expand our reach to Asia and Europe through transparent and accountable partnerships with national and international investors. We aim to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional client value through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge logistics services.

Objectives:

  • To introduce, promote, encourage, facilitate, and assist all forms of public-private partnerships (PPP) and the use of non-government finance and other resources in the development and improvement of trade and investment through KCRI Singapore for investors looking to invest in Cambodia.
  • To assist and advise public-private partnerships (PPP) collaborating with KCRI Singapore to identify, prioritize, prepare, evaluate, award, and implement trade and investment projects in which investors may participate for investment in Cambodia.
  • To generate interest from investors in investing in other projects, KCRI Singapore will promote investment opportunities in Cambodia locally and internationally.
  • To provide training, orientation, technical advice, and support to enable the investor to participate in public-private partnership projects through KCRI Singapore Pte. Ltd.
  • To investigate, research, advise on, and advocate the public-private partnerships (PPP) the need to amend, introduce, or adopt any laws, policies, orders, or directives. This includes primary legislation, or other measure that will help or facilitate investor participation in project investment in Cambodia.
  • To gain national and international recognition among, investors, lenders, and developers, as the premier facilitation company for trading and investing in Cambodia.
  • To conduct business at the highest professional standards in a cost-effective manner.
